Standard Cancellation Rules
We understand that plans change. Our policy is designed to be fair to both our passengers and our drivers who reserve time for your journey.
More than 24 Hours Notice
100% Refundable
Cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund of any prepaid amounts.
Within 24 Hours
50% Cancellation Fee
Cancellations made between 2 and 24 hours before pickup will incur a 50% cancellation fee. The remaining balance will be refunded.
Within 2 Hours / No-Shows
Non-Refundable
Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the scheduled pickup, or failure to appear at the pickup location ("No-Show"), will result in a charge of the full fare.
Flight Delays?
We monitor all commercial flights. You will NOT be charged for delays caused by the airline. If your flight is diverted or cancelled by the airline, please contact us immediately to reschedule without penalty.
